We're looking for a thoughtful, strategic, and people-centric Head of People Business Partnerships (PBP) to join our People & Culture team. In this newly elevated role, youโll lead our PBP function and a growing team of three People Business Partners, driving forward critical initiatives that support our business strategy, elevate our talent, and build a high-performing and inclusive culture. Youโll serve as a key thought partner to leaders across the organization and own strategic workforce planning efforts.
Act as the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the North America region, supporting and driving the enhancement of organizational effectiveness for the North America team. Assist in developing and implementing talent development plans to ensure the career growth and development of North America team members. Work closely with various business departments in North America to understand business needs and provide customized HR solutions.
This role will require adaptation to the changing demands that come with a fast-paced, growth environment. The manager is responsible for identifying training needs, developing tailored learning content, monitoring and tracking team performance, and facilitating engaging learning experiences that promote ongoing growth and success.
